HP SIM Install on DL320 G6 with Hyper-V Server

I have just configured a DL320 G6 with Hyper-V Server 2008 R2.  I was able to run the support pack and update all the drivers.  When I try to install SIM by opening a command prompt and going to \hpsim\win and running setup.exe, nothing happens.  Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 is on the list of supported OS's, so I'm not sure what I'm missing.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

What is the HP SIM version you are trying to install?

Have you tried to run it as a Local Administrator?

Refer to page#77 for Silent installation.
You should give path to silent file.

I have SIM 7.1.  It looks like it should have been installed with the support pack, but I have no way of know for sure since this is the 'free' version of Hyper-V server with no user interface.  Any suggestions on how to tell?
