HP SIM and Altiris RDP integration implementation run-book

I am note sure if this is the correct forum, But I need sample RDP/HP SIM implementation documentation of Altiris RDP in a live environment. What I need is form of user guide show how the product is implemented and used to manage an HP/Dell server environment, We are going thought (ITIL)at the moment, and I have been task with producing a document show how Altiris RDP and HP SIM could be used to manage an HP/Dell server environment.


Some one out there would have implemented a solution using the two tools, I need some thing like a run-book or project handover document.
