HP SUM - Remote Install Issue
Hey guys.. having an issue to remote installs with the 8.11 PSP via HP SUM (stuck at Initializing during discovery progress). All is well if I try on the same subnet; however, I cannot get it to work between firewalls.
I checked our firewall logs and no packets are being dropped.
Between the two machines (server running SUM and the target), I can telnet on 445.
On the firewall I see established connections for the following ports:
445
139
62286
I see the following in the hpsumserverw32 log:
"error number is 24 message server address
Soap call failed at http://10.10.1.1:62200"
Ideas?
I am curious why their is a connection attempt on 62200 yet I see no reference to that port on the firewall.
