HP Server Warranty

Hi

Can you tell me where I would be able to find the product number for HP servers. When I am going to the HP website they have got this warranty checker but it asks me for a product number that what I haven’t got.

There are sooooo many different hp servers out there - what model do we talk about???

The models are ML110 and ML310

You should see this in SMH, diagnostics report, RBSU and on the sticker on the chassis.

hi,

you have right, i always search the Product number if i like to see the waranty status and also some HW/SW cases from HP on ITRC, its not so easy, in our enviroment we have lot of generation of the server, and sometime the partnumber is not in the SMH, if i don't know the product number, i call directly to HP, and ask them for this information.

Is there another way of me finding out the product number for ML110 G5 and ML310 G5. I need to get the clients server warranty status. By remotely dialling in to the server I can get the serial number by using the WMIC command. Is there a way that I can use the WMIC command to get the product number.
