Hi, The problem is the same with this URL : http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/service_packs/en/index.html, this URL ask the "kiosk" login but no body have a kiosk login and password.... I've been trying to download, and I'm getting a message telling me that I will receive an email to allow me 'to complete your order'.

Are support packs now chargeable?

All I want to do is download an ISO and fix the damned thing!

I click 'Receive for Free', I'm signed in, I fill in the form, then get the message promising the email. There's no other links to click, and the email does not arrive.
