Hi every body,
I have a problem to download a ISO file from this URL :
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/service_packs/en/index.html
I click on the botton : Current Version SPP Version 2012.10.0 : This is OK
And I type my HP Passport login and password : This is OK
And I click on "Download" and at this step I have this screen : Access to the product requires login to a kiosk.
Please click on the link below to login to your kiosk:
Kiosk Login
I don't know what is this kiosk login.
This is the first time I see this message for downloding a SPP ISO.
Do you know what is the problem ?
Thank for you help and see you later...
William SENEZ.

Re: HP Service Pack for Proliant version 2012.10.0 download problem...
I get the same thing. I wonder if they added SPP 2012.10.0 to the download site before it was actually ready to be downloaded. I noticed that the readme for that version isn't actually available from the HTP ftp servers yet either, so I'm assuming the web release of SPP 2012.10.0 was prematurely done by someone, or they forgot to actually enable it for download.
Most of the components, at least for Windows 2008 R2, were available separately for download (updated agent, NIC, ACU, etc) but it's still always nice to have the latest full SPP to roll out to multiple machines.
I'm going to just check later and hope they resolve it... a few days won't matter much to me, but it is curious.

Re: HP Service Pack for Proliant version 2012.10.0 download problem...
It's not ISO, and it's size less than 2 GB, while size of original file should be 2.4 GB
Downloaded. It runs ok, but I'll be able to test only tomorrow

Re: HP Service Pack for Proliant version 2012.10.0 download problem...
Hi,
This file is not a ISO image !
URL : ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/supportpack-generic/p16616538/v79530
Don't download it ! Why the classic download don't work ?
I search the ISO file of HP SPP 2012.10.0 for proliant server. Where is it Mister HP ?
The classic URL download don't work : http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/service_packs/en/index.html
Please Mister HP resolve this problem...
