HP Smart Array 5i Plus Controller Hangs

Hi,

I have a Proliant DL585 Server it has some hardware issue Please find the problem details

When I powerup the server, it will hange at "Slot 0 HP Smart Array 5i controller (64MB, v2.64) 1 Logical Drive"

It is nither giving me option like F9, F10 nor it is detecting the CD-ROM.

Please help me to resolve this Issue

- pull all drives out
- reseat all SCSI bus parts (backplane...etc)
- power up if it goes further access F9, from advanced find clear NVRAM/boot disk
- when all done add HDD back way how they were installed before and power up
if it still hung ? What LED status at HDD , you might have one HDD faulty, RAID 1,5 ?
should you try 1 drive at time if 1 ?

or

if you have another Server - move Drive set for test

it could be simple solution with one of these steps, so all steps is more general
