HP SmartArray P411 question

Hi,

 

We have HP SmartArray P411 / 512MB with BBWC and MSA 70. There is 10 300GB disks in MSA configured as one logical drive (RAID50). Now we need to add another ten 300GB disks because we are running out of space. Can we expand this already configured logical drive with these new disks so that os will see this added space?

Hello, you should not have any problem to expanding your array - if you have 10 empty slots in your MSA (max 25 drives supported). At array controller there should not be any limitation, you have BBWC.
