HP SmartCache SSD Question
HI there,
If I've conifgured an SSD to act as cache device and the disk fails; is this going to crash my system? Or the system going to function without it?
regards,

Re: HP SmartCache SSD Question
I've pulled a smartcache SSD during a read/write test to verify this operation. In read-only mode, the array continues to operate when the SSD fails (by removal).
The array of course will function as long as its own integrity is intact!
