HP Smartstart loading Windows CD-Rom problem

I boot Blade server c7000 with smartstart 8.25.
I have answered all question.When I insert Window server 2003 enterprise cd it waits for some time and again ask for Window server 2003 enterprise cd thoug I have inserted it.Why this is happening please help me to come out of this problem.

Hi, do you insert the CD? Via virtual media in iLO?

Does the windows 2003 media work by itself or on another machine?

hi Bhujang, hope you solved your problem at this time!

in some cases 8.25 may fail recog. the CD even the original. in those cases you can select to install from files ans select /media/cdrom as the source.

smart start shoudl be same as os 32 bit or 64 bit

try a diff cd maybe faulty is is disc or image
or custom image.

According to HP there is issues in smart start 8.2. I got new smart start 8.3 from HP.
