HP System Management Homepage doesn't work after SmartStart 7.9

Two servers DL 380 G4. Install drivers from Smart Start 7.90. over Smart Start 7.60. Try to open HP System Management Homepage - "server isn't found". Service SysMgtHP is started, no errors in log. But there is not hpsmhd.exe in Task Manager. Where I'm wrong?

Please check the Following agents are installed and started under services.msc

1) HP Insight management agents
2) Hp server agents
3) Hp Storage agents
4) HP network agents
5) Hp system management agents.
6) SNMP

Under SNMP go the security tab and check for the following community names

public - read and write
private - read only

If not add the same under the security tab,and restart the SNMP service

Restart the HP system management service manually

IF any of these agents are not installed please download them manually and install it from the following link

No. SmartStart 7.90 revoke permission to C:\hp\sslshare from local administrators and grant only to Domain Adminitrator. So httpd server can't start
