HP System Management Homepage in 2008 r2

Hello everybody
I have just installed Windows 2008 R2 EE on HP Proliant DL 380 G7 using SmartStart 8.60 X64
HP System Management Homepage doesn't work.
When I manually start hpsmhd.exe it says:
hpsmhd.exe: Could not open configuration file C:/hp/hpsmh/conf/httpd.conf: \xcd\
xe5 \xf3\xe4\xe0\xe5\xf2\xf1\xff \xed\xe0\xe9\xf2\xe8 \xf3\xea\xe0\xe7\xe0\xed\x
ed\xfb\xe9 \xf4\xe0\xe9\xeb.
Can anybody help me?

did you try to access the management homepage via the browser ? (usually http://[servername]:2381 if I am not mistaken)

Other things that come to mind are (although you may have checked those already): permissions (see if running the exe as admin makes a difference), some hp specific services which should be running.

Of course, I've tried.
https://127.0.0.1:2381/
http://127.0.0.1:2081/

As you could see, http server haven't started.
I don't understand what is the problem.

P.S.: I've just uninstalled Homepage (rebooted), downloaded the last one (6.2.1.14) and installed. In the end of installation there was an error: Failed to add or start the HP System Management Homepage Service (rebooted).
The service of Homepage is absent.

I have no ideas =(

sorry if I am stating the obvious but have you got IIS added as a role to your windows install ?

Yes, IIS was installed with options by default.

So the problem is that Homepage installer is not able to install the service of Homepage.
I don't see it in Services.

The problem was that I started installation using account of Local Administrator, not Domain Administrator.
Now Homepage is successfully installed.
But I have a new problem.
