HP System Management
on HP Proliant ML350, when I start "HP System Management Homepage" v2.0.1.104, it ask me for a login and password.
I have tried login and password of windows administrator account but this login is refused.
if you have an solution.

This password you can set during Management Agent installation.

In most cases you can copy the CPQHMMD.ACL file from C:\compaq\WBEM over from another server if you know the passwords for that one and restart the webagent, or
delete CPQHMMD.ACL and reinstall agent - than setup program ask you for new password.

It does depend on how it's been configured but try also entering the username of the 'administrator' (or another user name that is in the administrator group) with the doamin name.
For example enter the username as:
\administrator
