HP firmware maintenance cd stuck on hp dl580 g3

hi all,
i have two dl580 g3 with 16G memory and i want to upgrade the firmware using hp firmware maintenance cd ver 8.10 and it stuck on "loading drivers (step 2 of 4)" i already using option Debug and its not working, or is there another to upgrade firmware ? coz i cannot install windows 2003 and sles 10 on this machine

yes there is a 8.2 version, just in case remove any attached device to the server and run Firmware CD again

thankyou i already update the firmware using 8.20 version, i unplug attached device from the pci then the upgrade run smoothly

maybe the solution is to unlplug the device from server
