HP nic Teaming

Hello all,

I have a DL380 G4, with windows 2003 Sp1 and i kept geting on erro when i try team up 2 nic((NC7782 X 2) and (NC7771 x 1 Deactivate))with the must receat driver 8.48 and nic teaming also with the most recent software for teaming ,everytime i get to do the teaming it says (look at picture),verified the advance setting in the 2 nic and there exactly the same as a server with exact allconfiguration,...bizarre...HELPP!!!
