HP proliant 350G4 VGA replacement
How to replace the onboard PCI display with external PCI VGA? I insert a PCI VGA card into slot 6 and cmos shows int15 but system still startup fromthe onboard display. How to disable the onboard display for this 350G4 server?

OK manage to find the solution. The 350 accept only certain PCI VGA board. Some desktop base Nvidia PCI VGA did not work. The one that working for me is the matrox G450.
There is no need to disable the onboard VGA, just plug in the new vga board in slot 6, only slot 6 will work as the int assined as 5. If plug at slot 3, it will conflict with the smart array and hang when window detected new PCI bridge and try to install the driver.
Who ever need a replacement VGA board for the HP ml350G4, use the matrox G450.
