HP proliant ML 110 G5 bios update error

I have a ML 110 G5 server that I just purchased a year ago and I tried to update the bios in windows 2003 from a download. The update completed but when the server rebooted the server no longer starts up and the computer beeps (one long beep, followed by three short beeps). I am assuming that something messed up when the bios was updated. I want to restore the old bios but how can I boot the computer and get it working again?

You can use the ROMPaq Utility from hp.com for this server.
