HP proliant ML 310e gen8 V2, my server cannot shutdown whe i klik shutdown, windows home server and power turn on whithout push the power button. when i plug the cord, can some one help me

Make sure the OS is compatible with the server.

If the system powers on as soon as you plug it in, it sounds like the automatic power-on option is enabled.

Got into RBSU

Server Availability -  Automatic Power-On - You will have 3 options, Restore Last Power State is the common setting. Also make sure the Power Button setting isn't disabled
