Page 72. Setting the System Maintance Switch to 6 should erase the CMOS and NVRAM
Depending on your OS you can download the new BIOS from support.hpe.com

Hi Guys, tried to all the above but still no luck. I am trying to update the intelligent prov but when its about to start updating the firmware, an error message come, "unable to connect to iLO or iLO unresponsive". How do i solve this? Maybe if I update the frimware, i might be able to access the intelligent prov and install the windows server software.......

Are you still able to get in to the BIOS
Maybe try a factory reset of the iLO - https://techlibrary.hpe.com/docs/iss/proliant_uefi/UEFI_TM_030617/s_reset_ilo_defaults.html
