HP proliant ML570 G4 无法进入系统

在完成备份后，重启服务器显示：

之后服务器不断地循环attempting boot from NIC 无法进入操作系统，但是服务器的健康指示灯都是正常的，请问大神帮帮忙，这是什么问题导致的？
