HP proliant dl 360 Problem

Hello,
I have a problem with an HP Proliant Server.
The machine was down(without any power plugged) and i'm trying to get it start but i don't get any screen even from the bios.
Any suggestions?

Re: HP proliant dl 360 Problem

First check your cable and monitor. Use different ones if you have available.

Then, you did not mention which "G" model you have but check the motherboard status LEDs and see the user guide for an explanation of all the LED error conditions.

The user guide links for G4, G5 and G6 are available

Re: HP proliant dl 360 Problem

Hi,

some models have an iLO interface (an RJ-45, normal network port) that you can connect to and hopefully get some more information about the previous events.
