HP410i error report

Hi , 

I have a server with following error in regards to RAID :

Array Configuration Utility


To correct this problem, check the data and power connections to the physical drive

 

I am using RAID1 and the disk was under warranty so I replaced it, again I see  the same error after a while,

could it be because of the controller?
