HPACUBIN.exe 25% of Proc - What is it

Can anyone tell me what the HPACUBIN.EXE process is, it is eating 25% of my servers processor and I am not sure what it relates to.

Service: Array Configuration Utility - Hewlett-Packard Company - C:\Program Files\Compaq\Cpqacuxe\Bin\hpacubin.exe

Do you have that utility opened? If not then it maybe you opened recently and it hung, and the process did not close. Try to kill it from device manager.
