HPCISSS2 id129 Reset to device \Device\RaidPort, was issued

We have a ML310 G5 with a E200i 128 Smart Array card.

The machine is running Server 2003 (Small Business Server) R2/SP2.

Every day or so the event viewer logs alot for about an hour:
----------
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: HpCISSs2
Event Category: None
Event ID: 129
Date: 19/12/2008
Time: 06:05:01
User: N/A
Computer: UCHSERV
Description:
Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued.
-----
The Screen becomes unresponsive, and the machine needs to be restarted for it to become useable again.

Ive been through the various documents referring to the Storport version etc.
We are running ver. 5.2.3790.3959 of Stoport.sys & 6.13.0.32 of HPCISSS2.

Could anybody help? This is becoming a major problem and the machine is less than a month old.

Thanks,
Alex.

Ive just loaded this:

Re: HPCISSS2 id129 Reset to device \Device\RaidPort, was issued

Thanks, but we already tried that.

Also, when the Server is generating those messages you can't do anything on it. The screen goes blank (black) and although the hard disk lights are still showing activity nothing brings it back to life.

Re: HPCISSS2 id129 Reset to device \Device\RaidPort, was issued

I've just had this happen on 2 Proliant DL320s servers with SmartArray P400 controllers. Both are running DFSR replication, and may be affected due to heavy replication traffic.

Has anyone seen a more recent patch ?
