HPE DL380 G9 pre-boot critical error Clock not set
Hi ! There is a critical error in one of our DL380 G9 servers !
when we power on that server, it didnt boot and all front leds started to blink ! when i push UID button, pre-boot health summary displayed in monitor ! I attached that picture !
Critical Error = Clock Not Set
So what should we do to fix this problem ?

Re: HPE DL380 G9 pre-boot critical error Clock not set
Hello,
according your screenshot, the error is actually the memory channels error.
In most cases the Processor in socket 1 or the socket itself (system board) is faulty. If you have a second processor you may tru to swap the CPUs and test.

Re: HPE DL380 G9 pre-boot critical error Clock not set
thanks for your answer.
It's likely that the system board has a problem because the processors are healthy.
