HPE DL380 Gen9 Upgrade iLO4 to iLO5

Hi,

is there a upgrade path from iLO4 to iLO5? I have installed iLO4 2.70 on my DL 380 Gen9 and I want upgrade to iLO5 2.10. How can I afford this?

I have tested several versions of iLO5 but I always get the error "The last firmware update attempt was not successful. Ready for the next update."

The only way to upgrade to ILO5 is to buy a Gen10 server.

One of my favorite fantasies is entitled, "Skylake".  Perhaps, someday I can afford such a wonderful thing.
