HPE DL380p GEN8 iLO4 Self Test Error

Hello

I have a HPE DL380p GEN8 Server with iLO 4 on newest Firmware Version 2.61.

There is the Error: Controller firmware revision 2.10.00 Embedded media initialization failed due to media write-verify test failure 

I already tried to format the nand but it didnt helped me.

Is the only way to get out of this by replaceing the system board or are there other solutions?

By mentioning that you formatting the NAND I suppose that you have followed advisory c04996097 Embedded Media Manager and Other Errors. In the majority of the cases, the issue relies in the media device it self, thus, yes a system board replacement is required.
