HPE ML150 G6-Noisy Fan

sorry for my bad english
my hpe ml150 gen6 has always noisy but today i cleaned it up but right now ists incredibly noisy i checkd errors with hp diagnostic program and it gave this report but i do not understand it very well. could you tell me whats the problem

Hello,
I would suggest you try the below steps as well as make sure server bios and all firmware should be updated with the latest.
Press F9 at startup
1. Advanced Options
2. Thermal Configuration
3. Choose "increased cooling"
F10 to confirm.....Save & exit
Then
Press F9 at startup
1. Advanced Options
2. Thermal Configuration
3. Choose "Optimal cooling"
F10 to confirm.....Save & exit
