HPE ProLiant DL380 G7 Server Error Dump memory

Hi
I have hp dl380 G7 server , in system Event viewer on windows server 2012 r2 , I encounter Error ID 41, and ID 1001
the server always on restart ,I 've tried changing the Ram and power Supply and installed more than operating system yet the problem is still occurring more than operating system
please help me
