Hi Nardo,

Good Day!

We request you to please post us complete details of the RSOD, Hardware details and the SPP version you are trying to update.

From the below comments i understand you are facing the  issue only during the SPP upgradation. By any chance were you able to view any messages on the screen prior RSOD?
