HPE ProLiant ML350p Gen8 Server; RED light & Full Speed Fan
Hi,
My department's HP Tower server (HPE ProLiant ML350p Gen8 Server) has a RED LED flashing light blinking. However it is booting into Windows, but the server fans are running at full speed throughout producing high noise.
Please help me resolve this problem
Best,

Re: HPE ProLiant ML350p Gen8 Server; RED light & Full Speed Fan
Hi,
Seems like system health status is critical,
Could you please check server health status in ILO console, also
Check and POST IML events,
You can also refer following troubleshing guide:

Re: HPE ProLiant ML350p Gen8 Server; RED light & Full Speed Fan
Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
How can I access to "health status in ILO console" ?
The new arised error is that right now during the windows startup, there is a message that ILO has stopped the booting operation and the sys needed to be logout and restart.

Hi,
ILO Console->System information->Summary Tab,->BIOS/Hardware Health,
also
check Integrated management Log for any error.
Kindly post snap.
