HPE Proliant DL20 - UEFI Boot Mode

Hi All,

I have a problem right here. I tried to install Windows Server 2019 using UEFI boot mode, but it's showed me a notification "Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation."

What I want to ask is, should I install an original Windows Server 2019 within the license? Should UEFI boot mode is boot an original OS?

Please help me

Thanks

Maybe your Intelligent Provisioning version is too old.

For Gen9 it is 2.81 now:

Hope this helps!

Hello,

I recommend following steps :

-Try Windows OS installtion using Intelligent Provisioning with known good ISO .

-Reset BIOS to factory default
-Keep server BIOS and firmware to the latest
-Ensure Intelligent Provisioning version is latest .

Keep this handy which will guide you how to install the Windows driver for HPE SmartArray S100i Software RAID
