Hello KinFai,
This could be included on the intel chipset driver , below is the download link

Hi Shwetha3,

SolutionHello KinFai,
Intel Performance Counter driver is not part of HPE Chipset driver, it is part of the Intel Performance Monitoring Toolkit. Intel is not providing this package any longer.
Intel Performance Counter Monitor is discontinued.
Refer :
https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-performance-counter-monitor
If you do not wish to see the warning in the Device Manager, disable the Intel Performance Monitoring Support in the RBSU.
Go to --> RBSU --> System Configuration --> BIOS/Platform Configuration --> Power and Performance Options --> Intel Performance Monitoring Support --> Disabled
Refer the following support document
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=mmr_sf-EN_US000022699&docLocale=en_US
