HPSMHD not working

I have a proliant 380DL G2 that I've installed the rpm hpsmh 6.2.2-2 on. The process is running and I can access the web page but there is not data populating the web page. I get a green check mark but no real ability to control the fans or gather data. what's up?

Hi,

Have you installed all the agents through smart start?

The data in SMH gets populated only when all the agents are installed and snmp is configured.
