HPproliant ML370 GM unexpected shutdown

I have a HPproliant ML370 GM and it suddenly restart and didn't log any events. It happened many times and I have changed the MB, RAM and PowerSupply andstill have the same problem and can't resolve it. any one can help

which operating system on it? i think that is happen from somthing wrong on your OS

Windows Update is activated?? Some updates restart server without notice you...
