Hanging during operation
Dear Compaq Support
I have a dual Xeon 1GHz processor server with 1 GB RAM and 5 x 18.2 GB HDD RAID 5 to Smart Controller 5300. My system hangs with a blue screen and sometimes restarts by itself. I checked the NT event viewer and I found this message "The compaq System Management Driver has detected that the system encountered a bugCheck prior to this boot. The bugcheck Data was: STOP: 0x00000050 (0xF1D62000, 0x00000001, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)".
My server is updated with all latest drivers and RomPaqs.
Please help me.

Re: Hanging during operation
the reason for this is because the Easy Access Keyboard (EAK) program has been terminated.
If you have unsaved documents open when initiating a system shutdown, the system will prompt you to save the open documents. If you cancel the shutdown at that point the system will not complete the shutdown but some programs or services, including the EAK program, may already have been terminated.
