Haning problem on DL380 G6

We run SLES 10 sp2 on all DL380 G6 servers.
Randomly, while the OS is booting, the machine will hang. These systems need to be regularly rebooted. We have not been able to determine exactly the point it hangs, because we
have to do a power cycle to get the system back. As we watch it, it seems to come after the usb hardware is probed. Has anyone seen anything like this? Has HP released any updates (besides firmware -- we are already at the current revs) that may help here?
