Hard Disk Compatibility for EG0300JEHLV raid 5 with EG000300JWEBF
Dear Community.
I have a RAID 5 with predictive failure for disk EG0300JEHLV.
I have on stock EG000300JWEBF and I can see at Document - HPE Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) Drives - HDD/SSD Model Number Matrix | HPE Support both have the same spare number.
Can I mix EG0300JEHLV & EG000300JWEBF on the same array?
Thanks!

Re: Query: Hard Disk Compatibility for EG0300JEHLV raid 5 with EG000300JWEBF
Thanks for the informaton but its not related to my environment.
I have a ProLiant ML350 G0 and not a 3PAR storeServer.
I need to find out if a EG0300JEHLV cam be replaced with EG000300JWEBF

Hi,
If the Spare Part number is same, you can replace it.
Thank You!

Re: Hard Disk Compatibility for EG0300JEHLV raid 5 with EG000300JWEBF
Hello,
Refer to the HDD matrix.
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=a00052032en_us
We see for both the models, Spare numbers are same. So it is good to replace the drive.
Thanks,
TAM
