Hard disk position for ProLiant DL370 G6 X5675
Hi! I have a server model : ProLiant DL370 G6 X5675. And I have a error showing :
Physical Drive Status Change on Port 1I Box 1 Bay 2. Status is now failed ( 3 ).
Base on this error. Can I know which hard disk is faulty: Can I said that it show bay 2 is refering to hard disk 2? How can i decode the error: Port 1I Box 1 Bay 2, what does it mean. Thanks

Re: Hard disk position for ProLiant DL370 G6 X5675
Hi,
The drive in Box 1 and Bay 2 is faulty.
http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/c04286161.pdf
It means drive in Bay 2 is faulty.
Thank You!
I am a HPE employee
