Hard drive failure after replacing

Hi, we have HP ML370 G5 server, recently there was a hard disk failure, disk was showing amber light. we claimed for replacement hdd. when we installed new hard disk (72GB 15k SAS) it again failed after taking some time to rebuild. i updated firmware to 7.91 still its same. anyone who faced this issue please advice. and also let me know how to open case with HP.
