Hard drives failure

Hello All,

I have three hard drives in my exchange server which failed together and when i ran HP Insight Diagnostics Version 8.5.0.3625A (x86_64) , it gives me error (64006 & 64001 ) as attached 

MY server is : 

  • ProLiant DL380p Gen7 E

the OS is :

  • Windows server 2008-R2 SP1/Ver: 6.1.7601

kindly find the diagnosis log attached

Please help me ASAP, this is an urgent issue.
