Hardware RAID for Proliant ML570 G2?

I was wondering if there is a way to configure RAID for the HP 64bit/66mhz Dual Channel Wide Ultra3 SCSI adapter? I tried using the ACU tool from HP but it doesn't recognize the controller and in the readme.txt file, it is not in the list of supported controllers. Does anyone know of (or is using) a tool similar to ACU to configure this specific controller? I would prefer to use hardware RAID as opposed to using the Windows Server 2003 Disk Management tool.

Re: Hardware RAID for Proliant ML570 G2?

you have to have the radi card that is not raid card.
It should be a smar array controller that we can buy with server then configure the raid.

You can configure a software RAID, a mirror. Other than that you would need to purchase a SCSI RAID adapter like the Adaptec 2120S

Hi All,

The aforesaid link seems to go nowhere.

Please look into it.
