Hardware Support Disk

For my ProLiant DL360, I am recovering an NT4 Enterprise server and the recovery process is asking for a "Hardware Support Disk" from my manufacturer, How do I get this disk?
It wouldn't accept the SmartStart Server Profile Diskette.

Hello,
The disk no 2 is required which can be created by downloading SP14437 from Compaq's Web site. If you need further assistance please contact our Tech Support at 1-800-OK-COMPAQ.
