Having issue with a HP ProLiant DL380e Gen 8 FIRMWARE

I am currently struggling greatly to get a spare server we had functional. It is a HP ProLiant DL380e Gen 8. I have tried almost everything. At first, I wanted to reconfigure the raid array. I pushed F5 and I got a black screen, then the server PXE booted. Someone told me to try intelligent provisioning, and I got the same results. Sometimes the server doesn't detect any wired usb keyboard as well. Also, no matter what I try, I can't get into the ILO webui even after a factory reset, then reconfiguring a static ip. 

 

Any thoughts,

What the current version of firmware?

What the raid type?
