Help ASAP with ILO2 issue when opening remote console

Folks;
I have ILO2 which i use to connect to my SUSE 10 servers, it works fine for most of the servers except for 4 servers, after i login to ILO2 (using IE) then go to "Remote Console" then click on "Integrated remote console" it opens a new screen white blank with a button says "close".
Any Idea?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- Can you upload a picture?
first time I see that a Button "Close"

- what if you try "remote console" same issue?

and also there is a new Firmware update version 1.6 you can try flashing with this new version and try again Integrated Remote Console

Thanks Karlo;
The problem was this updated firmware V. 1.6, i found out that version 1.6 is not working with my Windows version. When i downgraded to 1.43 every thing was fine.
