Help!--Erros 1799:Drives Disable due to Array Accelerator Data Loss

We have a proliant 6000 with one Smart 3200 array controllers. There were two errors occured when boot system, error code is 1797 and 1799.We have tested our Array Accelerator on another server and it is good.We have tested our 4 harddisks with compaq tools and they are good too. After our testing ,we find that then error code 1798 is disappear but 1799 (Drives disabled due to array accelerator data loss.Select F1 to continue with logical drives disabled. Select F2 to accept data loss dand to ra-enable logical drives.)is still exist.
We choose F1 to continue ,it can not startup. We are not dare to choose F2 because We are afraid of losing the important data of our company.Where the problem is ,the array accelerator, the diskette,or the cmos ? Now I want to know if I can run smart start . If I can do so, the data in the diskette may be lost or not .And how I can do with it now?
Needs your help!

Re: Help!--Erros 1799:Drives Disable due to Array Accelerator Data Loss

try doing this first...disconnect your drives from the system so that they cannot be harmed...then with the drives disconnected boot the system to the smartstart cd and run the erase utility..this will set the system and the array controller (inlcuding the data in the cache) back to factory specs. Then once that is done shut the system down..reconnect the drives and boot..it will give you a message about rebuilding the array..that is ok..waht it will do is grab the data from the RIS sectors on your hard drives and rebuild the array info to the controller..
We are here for a good time, not a long time!
