please check following action plan:
-> update/ re-flash the last IP SW - Ver.: 1.70(9 Oct 2017)

Reboot Requirement:
Reboot may be required after installation for updates to take effect and hardware stability to be maintained.
Installation:
To re-install Intelligent Provisioning, burn this ISO to a DVD and boot your Gen8 server to it.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install onto your system.
Once installed, reboot your server and press the F10 screen at server POST to boot into Intelligent Provisioning.
-> try again to install the OS using the IP
*if still don`t work
-> please try to install the OS manually
Manual install the OS from a custom OS CD/DVD/ bootable USB. After selecting this option, insert the provided
CD/DVD so that the server can reboot from the OS CD/DVD....

thank's to all for reply and support the problem is solved by manually inject the device driver during the OS installation in @exddruida reply.

I think the Problem happen because I have Fibre card installed and connected to san storage.
Thank's for all for Help me to solve this issue.
