Help! Not Networking with W2003 SP1 - HP DL560

Dear Forum:

I have HP DL 560 with Windows 2003; I installed SP1; after reboot network adapter team don┬┤t working; i update last driver for HP NC 7781 Adapter.

Please Help!, Thank You!

Use the HP network teaming utility to remove/delete any teams you created. Reboot. Run the utility again and reteam the adapters...then reboot again.

Event Viewer show: NIC Management error, unable to read "OfTotal" from the registry Cause: This error can be caused by a corrupt registry or a low memory condition.

Please help!

Do you have Proliant Support Pack 7.40 installed? If you do, consider removing the network controllers from the Device Manager, reboot, and reinstall the NIC drivers again.
