[Help me] Error Install windows server 2016 IN DL 380 Gen 10?

greetings,

please help friends, I have trouble when installing Windows Server 2016 on HPE DL380 GEN 10, always failing, with an error message like this: 

"Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation."

My windows is original, I downloaded the Windows Server 2016 ISO file from the Microsoft website directly, but why is it problematic with the license?

Please refer to Microsoft and validate your license key. 

Also , you may try  to re-download the OS .iso image , use the HPE USB key utility to make it a bootable media and try again
