Help needed on ML350 G3

I have one ml350 g3 server with single cpu and 72.8 gb scsi hdd. os installed is windows 2000 server. Now needs to install one more hdd of 72.8 gb and to create software mirroring.
Can someone help me to do this configuration and after if any of this hdd fails how to make use of the other hdd as mirroring was configured. not using raid controller card.
